Seasonal Scheduling

Rutherfordton (KFQD) Fall Tour Planning

These fall-color flights are being planned as a seasonal Western North Carolina operation from Rutherfordton (KFQD). Because the crew must travel to KFQD to conduct the tours, scheduling and final confirmation may depend on the number of tours booked for the operating day.

🚁

Rutherfordton (KFQD)

The current operating plan is for these seasonal mountain tours to be conducted from Rutherfordton (KFQD) in Western North Carolina.

📅

4–6 Tour Planning Minimum

The initial planning estimate calls for scheduling approximately 4–6 tours before the crew flies out to KFQD. Final operating-day requirements are subject to confirmation.

✓

Booking Confirmation

The team is evaluating a Xola workflow that could hold booking requests until the minimum number of tours is reached, then confirm the tour and process the charge. Until that setup is finalized, a request should not be treated as a confirmed flight.
