How early should I arrive, and does my flight leave at the exact booked time?

We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled booking. Your selected time represents your check-in window, not the exact departure time of your flight.

After check-in, you’ll be placed in the departure queue, and our team will inform you of any estimated wait time if needed.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $25 late arrival fee may apply and must be paid before boarding. Failure to pay will result in denied boarding and a non-refundable reservation.

Is there an age limit?

There is no specific age limit to participate. However, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our top priority. Flights may be delayed or canceled due to weather or operational requirements.

If a flight is canceled due to weather, guests may reschedule. If weather insurance was purchased, a refund may be issued excluding the insurance cost. Final decisions are made by the pilot.
