Show up with your photo ID and the card used to book. Our team will check you in and give you a quick safety briefing — it's straightforward, friendly, and designed to get you comfortable fast.
Your FAA-certified pilot will introduce themselves, walk you to the helicopter, and make sure you're strapped in and comfortable before the rotors spin up. Questions are always welcome.
