1. Nature of Service

All services are commercial air tours conducted under FAA regulations. Flights are for sightseeing purposes only and not transportation services.

2. FAA Compliance

All operations follow Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including safety, pilot certification, and aircraft operation standards.

3. Pilot Authority

• Flight approval or cancellation
• Passenger eligibility
• Route and duration
• Weather decisions

All pilot decisions are final.

4. Passenger Requirements

• Minimum passengers: 2
• Maximum passengers: 3
• Maximum weight per passenger: 295 lbs
• Maximum combined weight: 590 lbs

5. Booking & Payment

• Full payment required before flight
• ID must match booking
• Fraud checks may apply

6. Weather & Flight Changes

• Flights depend on weather conditions
• Routes may change
• No guarantee of landmarks

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Weather cancellations may be rescheduled
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Late arrivals may be denied

8. Passenger Conduct

• No intoxicated passengers
• No unsafe behavior
• Must follow instructions

9. Assumption of Risk

Helicopter flight involves risks including injury or death. Passengers voluntarily accept all risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

Charlotte Helicopter Tours, Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or operational changes.

11. Mandatory Waiver

All passengers may be required to sign a liability waiver before flight.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by North Carolina law and U.S. federal aviation law.
